Capabilities

The right machines, run the right way

Modern multi-axis equipment with robotic automation — a small shop footprint with mid-size shop output, and engineering discipline behind every setup.

01 / Milling

5-Axis CNC Milling

Haas UMC-400 5-axis machining center

Haas UMC-400 — cobot-tended

Our 5-axis machining center with collaborative robot part-tending runs complex parts in single setups — better accuracy, fewer handling errors, and lights-out capacity that keeps unit costs competitive without cutting corners.

Ideal for: complex contoured parts, multi-face prismatic work, firearms components, fixtures, and low-to-mid volume production where setup consolidation pays.

02 / Turning

Multi-Axis Mill-Turn

SMART NL2000BSY twin-spindle Y-axis turning center

SMART NL2000BSY — twin spindle, Y-axis

Twin-spindle, Y-axis turning means parts come off complete: main-spindle work, transfer, back-work, live-tool milling and cross features — all in one cycle. No second op, no re-fixturing error, no queue time between machines.

Ideal for: shafts, bushings, muzzle devices, threaded components, and turned production parts with milled features.

03 / Marking & Prototyping

Laser & Additive

MOPA fiber laser engraving in progress

MOPA fiber laser — deep engraving

In-house MOPA fiber laser for deep engraving, annealed marking on stainless, serialization, and compliance marking. CO2 laser for cutting and engraving non-metals. FDM and SLA printing for fixtures, prototypes, and design validation before metal gets cut.

We also run industrial sewing capability for soft goods — cases, covers, and sewn accessories to complement machined product lines.

05 / Materials & Tolerances

What we cut

Metals

Materials

Aluminum, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, titanium, brass, and copper alloys — plus engineering plastics.

Precision

Tolerances

Standard ±0.005″, precision work to ±0.0005″ where the print demands it. We hold what we quote.

Volume

Quantities

Prototypes through recurring production runs in the thousands. Automation keeps repeat work consistent and priced right.
